State Fair Apts. is one of the Low-Income Public Housing and a Housing Choice Voucher Program (also known as the Section 8 Program) that is operated by DHC. It is located in Detroit, Michigan. DMC was the General Contractor to do the renovations works for the Exterior Facade of this 12 storied building. The primary scope of work was to replace the balcony railing and bird screen system for 209 units. DMC provided value engineering to improve the preliminary design of the handrail and screen system.
