New Construction (Design-Build):

The DMC Team has more than 50 years of combined experience in providing Value Engineering Services, with a focus on helping our clients reduce costs and improve quality. We also offer New Construction Services for Residential and Commercial structures, whether it’s a new structure to be built up from ground zero, or an addition to an existing structure. Our experience ranges from minor office refurbishment to major New Construction. We manage each phase of construction, from initial site planning and conceptual budgeting, through the final closure of the project. WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION

In the event of water damage, DMC Construction home restoration efforts by a water damage specialist using the proper equipment are necessary. Not only to restore the home cosmetically and structurally; but safe Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) air, as well. And time is of essence.There is a 48 to 72-hour window required to effectively inhibit the onset of mold and mildew created by water damage. If damage was caused by a sewage leak, extra steps are required to prevent toxins and bacteria from contaminating the home environment. Water damage extraction restoration is only part of the process.Aside from room content removal, water extraction, and removing any carpet and padding, special disinfectants and chemicals are required. Water damage cleanup may also involve removing molding and at least the bottom section of walls if there is wall covering or drywall water damage. The entire affected area – including walls, ceilings, floors, crawl spaces and vents – will require drying with high-powered air movers. As well as use of de-humidification equipment to speed up the process.

WIND DAMAGE RESTORATION

Wind damage can be as unexpected as any other property-damaging event. Wind can cause many different types of damage. Severe wind is so strong it can take shingles off, tear off siding, push water where it wasn’t meant to go and even blow down walls or whole houses. When trees are blown over onto your property or structure, DMC Construction will have emergency crews dispatched immediately to remove the fallen trees, cut it up and remove all debris. Any broken windows or roof penetration will be boarded up, covered, and replaced or rebuilt as soon as weather permits.When those storms produce hail, they can demolish exterior parts of your home and roofing shingles, which lead to water leaks inside your house. DMC has the ability to temporarily repair these items and also repair them to their final state. You can call us 24 hours, seven days a week if you need to tarp your roof or build temporary support to falling or failing structures.
