Licensed Electrical Contractor (Residential/Commercial Projects):

We have currently subcontracting opportunities for licensed electrical contractor for residential rehabilitation projects located in Metro Detroit (Michigan) area. The firm must have atleast into business for 5 years and should have current electrical license. The Contractor MUST have the General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance. The contractor should be well versed with all local and federal regulations applicable for the project. An EPA RRP license is a must.

Licensed Mechanical Contractor (Residential/Commercial Projects):

We have currently subcontracting opportunities for licensed mechanical contractor for residential and commercial current projects and future proposals, located in Metro Detroit (Michigan) area. The firm must have atleast into business for 5 years and should have current electrical license. They should have the General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance. The contractor should be well versed with all local and federal regulations applicable for the project. An EPA RRP license is a must.
