DMC is proud to announce substantial completion of the DPD 7th Precinct renovation. This project included major interior and exterior upgrades, life safety improvements, and comprehensive building enhancements to bring the facility to a state of good repair.
Proud to deliver the Detroti PAL Rec Center Renovation at 6945 Wagner St. This transformation includes ADA upgrades, renovated classrooms and restrooms, a new lobby and cafeteria, improved utilities, and enhanced outdoor access—creating a safer, more accessible space for Detroit’s youth and community.
