Exciting news! We've officially kicked off our latest design-build project at 654 Mt. Elliott! We're transforming a former light manufacturing building into a vibrant 6,650 sq. ft. Senior Community Center that will serve as a hub for the neighborhood. The project also includes developing nearby parcels into a convenient parking area.

We're thrilled to announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of the DPD 7th Precinct at 3501 Chene St.! This phase delivered major exterior improvements, along with MEP, security, and architectural upgrades, setting the stage for a modernized and secure facility.
