Latest progress on our extensive renovations for the Detroit PAL rec center! Detroit PAL helps youth find their greatness through athletic, academic, and leadership development programs, serving more than 13,000 participants. Shoutout to the architects at Framework E on a beautiful design, a solid collaborative effort from an excellent design partner, and Goyette Mechanical Co for mechanical/electrical work.

Exciting news! We've officially kicked off our latest design-build project at 654 Mt. Elliott! We're transforming a former light manufacturing building into a vibrant 6,650 sq. ft. Senior Community Center that will serve as a hub for the neighborhood. The project also includes developing nearby parcels into a convenient parking area.
