We are happy to announce that five buildings at the Historic Fort Wayne site have been given a facelift! DMC was responsible for stabilizing the roofs, repairing the rainwater drainage systems, and restoring the siding on eligible structures.
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of three commercial corridor parking lots, contracted by the City of Detroit. The project included the development of 3 parking lots: San Juan – 0.62 acres, Tuller & Lilac – 0.437 acres and Gratiot & 7 Mile – 0.477 acres.
