Celebrating the Grand Opening of The Gerald

A proud milestone for DMC as we celebrate the grand opening of The Gerald, a transformative mixed-use development that brings new housing, commercial opportunities, and investment to the heart of the Brooklands District in City of Rochester Hills.

We are grateful to the Mayor Bryan K. Barnett, and the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce for joining us in marking this special occasion.
