Performs a variety of carpentry installations including doors, windows and sidings, maintenance, projects, repairs and is good in aluminum trimming.
This many include layout and construction of walls, stairs, common rafters, cabinets, storage/organizers, drywall, application of pre-finished floors and ceilings, partitions, and other repairs.
Responds to work order requests and work as assigned, coordinates with other building staff and trades, fulfills carpentry requirements and tracks work performed.

Our Demolition division is seeking a full-time Project Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the ongoing demolition projects.
Project Planning and Resource Management
Supervising the repair shop and maintenance of equipments/vehicles
Co-ordination with Stakeholders, Building Officials, Architect.
Project Communications & Safety Compliance at the job site.
Understand best practices of job set-up and management, understand the critical path of scheduling.
Prepare Project Schedules and weekly updates on the schedule.
Coordinating all wrecking permits, notifications, and inspections.
Evaluate the critical path of the project and coordinate in ordering project supplies especially with lead time.
Manage job costs and cost projections, manage the change order process and approve invoices.
Monitor the performance of the field operations, assist in primary subcontractor scopes.
Supervise and Communicate with subcontractors and vendors.
Manage quality control.
Ensure job-site safety and security.

Managing several demolition/site
Experience in overseeing diesel engines including but not limited to Semi Trucks, Excavators, Dozers, Loaders etc. as one of the responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and repair of the fleet of vehicles/equipments.
The candidate should be well versed with Microsoft Office & Projects. Experience working with government/federal funded project is highly preferred.
Our Demolition division is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor for the Demolition Division. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and inspecting the ongoing demolition projects.
Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with ongoing demolition projects, including simultaneous projects at various locations.
Individual will monitor and enforce compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA, and Tradebe safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site specific safety plans when performing work activities.
The individual will establish daily communications with the project manager, evaluate any upcoming project concerns, and develop methods to overcome complications within the scope of work.
Supervise day to day demolition projects to ensure compliance of required regulations and safety.
To inspect and take pictures of properties scheduled for demolition during various stages of the project cycle.
Install/inform neighbors around the property to be demolished.
Obtain permits as required.
Coordinate with building inspectors.
Attend all warranty calls and any resident complain or concerns.
Ensure environmental compliance and the environmental trailers are equipped and stocked field.
Prepare daily field reports and submit it to the project manager.
A bachelors degree would be a plus.
The selected candidate must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and must have a knowledge of health and safety and OSHA regulations.

Our Demolition division is seeking a full-time Project Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager on demolition projects. The primary responsibilities will be:
Scanning and Filing Project Documents
Site Inspections and pictures
Dropping documents to the clients office
Responding to emails and calls
Regulatory notifications for DEQ, MISDIG etc.
Updating information online on Safesforce as required by contracts
Perform administrative support and backup with tasks such as , filling, photocopying and collating
Perform and additional office duties as assigned
Coordinate and Obtain permits as required
Coordinate and Schedule all inspectors
Attend meetings as required
Collect and File all daily field reports and submit it to the project manager
A bachelors degree would be a plus. We will accept applications from fresh graduates with no experience

Our Demolition division is seeking a full-time heavy equipment field service diesel technician / mechanic for our Detroit, MI branch, for its newly constructed 3,200 SF workshop.
The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
Maintenance Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
Testing General repairs
Upkeep of the service truck
Scheduling of repairs
Tracking and scheduling
Ensures safety policies and procedures are being followed.
Repairs or replaces defective parts.
Completes daily work orders as work is completed, hourly log, and signs and turns in all daily VCR’s to indicate that repairs have been completed.
Completes all “DOT Out of Service” repairs to trucks and trailers nightly to ensure they are in good working condition before they leave the premises the following day.
Audit repairs and make sure they are done correctly
Take the service truck for road side repairs
Three to Five years of previous heavy equipment or over the road (OTR) repair experience is required
Excellent mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of the following systems: engine, power train, hydraulics and electrical
Possess own tools
Must have a clean driving record
Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Minimum 2 Year Experience. Assist with demolition and load out. Should have past experience operating excavators and wrecking in the City of Detroit.The candidate should have a valid drivers license and should be able to clear the background check and Drug test.
We have current opening for an experienced qualified CDL-A Driver with a valid health card and clean driving record. Candidate must have Heavy Haul, Quad Axle Lead, Lo-Boy & Gravel Train Experience.
