DMC Consultants, Inc. was contracted to complete renovations and improvements to DPD – Mt Elliot Police Tow Yard. The task for this project will include but not be limited to demolition, electrical, plumbing, and painting.

Scope Of Work

  • Renovations/improvements of administration offices and common areas – Painting, Flooring, New ceilings, Light Fixtures and HVAC Diffusers
  • Renovations/improvements of men’s and women’s restrooms
  • Remove and replace interior and exterior doors.
  • Remove and Replace windows.
  • Remove and Replace fencing.
  • Paint facility interior and exterior to its entirety
  • Supply and Install Mini Split HVAC unit.
  • Install new stainless-steel cabinets.
