Foley Street-Site Improvements

DMC Consultants, Inc. was hired as Construction Manager to provide site development services for their landlord DMC Property Management, LLC located at 13500 Foley, Detroit, MI.

Whenever there were heavy rains the water would run into the garage and basement would get flooded. Our engineers studied the existing storm system and suggested to re-grade the property and install new catch basins and connect it to the main sewer line in front of the building.

The scope of services included providing drawings and coordinating with Detroit Water and Sewer Department and Detroit Public Works to install a new Catch basins  in the property and one at the approach. The scope also included right-of-way permit and traffic engineering during the duration of the project.

The scope also included grading and paving the entrance of the property and new parking lots for the employees. DMC also built new flower bed in-front of the building along with new plantations.
