Scope Of Work
- Furnish and install roof structure repair, decking, waterproofing, and shingles
- Provide gutters and downspouts material and profile to match existing
- Install new gutters at porches material and profile to match existing
- Replace flashings with valley flashings
- Remove and reinstall trims and siding
- Repair and replace damaged window mullions, trims, and sills
