The Gerald Groundbreaking

This past Thursday was a momentous occasion for the DMC Team. After months of dedicated planning, DMC was able to break ground on The Gerald in Rochester Hills, which marks the beginning of our company’s foray into residential and mixed-use development. We’d like to thank Mayor Barnett, the City Council, and everyone who was able to make it out to celebrate this milestone achievement with us. We can’t wait to update you all on the progress as we move forward!
