DMC was the General Contractor retained by Detroit Housing Commission for the site improvement at the Diggs Homes subdivision located in Detroit, Michigan.

Scope Of Work

  • Repaving the interior roads of the whole subdivision and repairing the catch-basins as required
  • Marking the parking lots
  • ADA complaint curbs and sidewalks and other concrete repairs
  • Replacement of the security fence and gates
  • Replacement of all the (25ft and 30ft light) poles and fixtures in the subdivision and associated electrical work and trenching
  • Replacement of wall-pack light fixtures on the Forest Park Building and Community Center
  • Installation of new light poles and fixtures (as noted in the drawings)
  • Repairing the Gazebo
  • Landscaping
  • Installation of new park benches
  • Installation of sign lights
