Description
The Heritage Park ADA Improvements project involved the Construction Management of a park for Canton Township. DMC was responsible for all work as called for by the plans or requirements presented by the project Owner. DMC solicited competitive bids and selected experienced subcontractors to finish construction within time and on budget, ensuring quality standards throughout the course of the project.

Scope Of Work
• Selection/Sourcing/Procurement of play equipment and site amenities based off requirements stated in the RFP.
• Earth Work and Site Work
• Installation of concrete pathway
• Installation of picnic tables, playground equipment such as RoxAll See Saw and swing set
• Installation of Pour in Place Safety Surfacing in play area according to Engineer’s specifications
