Description
In September 2024, Highland Room LLC decided to renovate and operate the existing banquet hall located on Woodward Avenue in-house. The project involved a complete renovation of approximately 2,200 square feet, including new interior painting, construction of a new bar counter, installation of new lighting fixtures, acoustic panels, and brick masonry work. A new rooftop unit (RTU) was installed for heating and cooling, along with exterior painting of the building. All work was completed within a six-week timeframe.
