Description
| Detroit PAL Renovation included site clearing; installation of an ADA-accessible ramp and stairs; interior demolition; electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades; construction of a mezzanine storage area and first-floor lobby; storefront installation; and installation of an ADA vertical lift. The project also included renovation of the male and female basement restrooms; cafeteria renovation with new flooring and paint; addition of a food pantry within the cafeteria; renovation of all basement classrooms; conversion of existing showers into a storage room; replacement of an exterior step; removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks at the front and rear of the building; installation of a generator; and installation of new rooftop units (RTUs) with a screen wall. |
