Vinewood Village Condominiums

Description

DMC was retained as the General Contractor by the City of Wyandotte for the development of 14 condominium units. There project was divided into 4 buildings. There were 4 units in building 1, 6 units in building 2, 2 units each in building 3 & 4. This was a federal funded project funded through the City’s Neighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP 2). Building 3 and 4 were constructed using Advanced Framing Designs. Geo-Thermal Heating and Cooling system was installed on this project.
